𝗚𝘂𝘆 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗢 𝗮̀ 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝘃𝗲-𝗹𝗲̀𝘀-𝗕𝗲́𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟳 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮̀ 𝟭𝟳𝗵𝟯𝟬.
Guy AMALFITINO, a one-legged athlete, set off last week on his 3rd Tour de France for solidarity. The Challenge consists of crossing 12 regions of France by running on one leg for 100 consecutive days, over a total distance of 5,000 km. The aim is to raise funds for an association or foundation in each region.In the Occitanie region, "Soutenir toujours", an association of veterans and war wounded, was chosen to provide equipment for war wounded through sports-based reconstruction courses.
It will stop off in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers this 𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝟮𝟕 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 when it arrives at the Salle Pierre-Paul Riquet between 𝟏𝟕𝐡𝟑𝟎 𝐞𝐭 𝟏𝟖𝐡.We look forward to seeing many of you there to support him in this adventure and give him a warm welcome. Guy Amalfitino's performance may also set a new world record for the longest distance covered on one leg in 100 consecutive days.
