Single public enquiry on the following subjects:

Subject no. 1: General review of the Villeneuve-lès-Béziers Local Urban Development Plan

Subject no. 2: Revision of the wastewater treatment zoning for the municipality of Villeneuve-lès-Béziers

Subject no. 3: Creation of a perimeter around the church of the invention of Saint-Etienne in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers

By municipal decree dated 19 March 2024, the Mayor ordered the opening of a single public enquiry into the three above-mentioned matters for a period of 30 consecutive days, from 17 April 2024 at 09:00 to 17 May 2024 at 17:00. The single public enquiry file will be available for consultation at the Town Hall during normal opening hours, i.e. from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, as well as on the website containing the secure electronic register at the following address: https://www.democratie-active.fr/enquete-publique-unique-villeneuve-les-beziers/ throughout the enquiry.

Mr Jacques ARMING, retired senior territorial engineer, has been appointed by the Vice-President of the Tribunal Administratif as the investigating commissioner.  

The investigating commissioner will receive visitors at the Town Hall

- Wednesday 17 April 2024 from 09:00 to 12:00,

- Monday 29 April 2024 from 09:00 to 12:00,

- Friday 17 May 2024 from 2pm to 5pm.

For the duration of the enquiry, members of the public will be able to submit their observations and proposals in the enquiry register held at Villeneuve-lès-Béziers town hall, but also by post (Hôtel de ville, 1 rue de la Marianne 34420 VILLENEUVE-LES-BEZIERS), by e-mail to the following address: ep-unique-villeneuve-les-beziers@democratie-active.fr  and on the secure electronic register at the following address https://www.democratie-active.fr/enquete-publique-unique-villeneuve-les-beziers/.

The investigating commissioner's report and reasoned conclusions will be available for consultation at the town hall at the end of the enquiry and on the following website https://www.democratie-active.fr/enquete-publique-unique-villeneuve-les-beziers/.
