The Jean Laurès media library in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers is part of the network of media libraries belonging to the Béziers Méditerranée urban community. Located within the town hall, it occupies 430 m² on 2 levels and has been open to the public since 7 November 2006.

- Registration is free for all residents of the conurbation and for under-25s. You can borrow up to 10 items from each media library.

The Media Library Books
Home delivery service
In partnership with the Centre communal d'action sociale (CCAS), the Jean Laurès multimedia library is offering a home delivery service for Villeneuve residents who are temporarily or permanently unable to visit the library. The aim of this service is to maintain social links, break isolation and give residents access to information, reading and other media.

Introduction to computers
Need a helping hand with your IT?
Throughout the year, the multimedia library offers individual support in the form of workshops where you can learn the basics of computers and the Internet. Sessions of 45 minutes to 1 hour on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It's free and unlimited, just make an appointment!
