The municipality of Villeneuve-lès-Béziers has repealed the resolutions of the Municipal Council of 14 June 2010 on the revision of the PLU and of 22 March 2012 on the debate on the Sustainable Planning and Development Project as part of the revision of the Local Urban Development Plan (PLU).
It has relaunched the studies relating to the general revision of the Villeneuve-lès-Béziers PLU over the entire municipal territory, in accordance with the provisions of the Code de l'Urbanisme, in particular articles L.153-1, L.153-11 to L.153-35 and R.153-1 to R.153-22.
